Service Description
Tier 1 Mediation Service is designed for providing virtual mediation services for two parties for 3 sessions on separate dates. The days may consist of 8-hour session each or 8 total hours used on various days depleting hours and daily rate of $450 in respect of the flow of the case until the remaining hours are zero. Tier 1 Mediation Services requires a non-refundable deposit or retainer fee which is divided between the two parties to secure the booking. There will be $450 minimum deposit or retainer due prior services are provided. The service provider must approve the request.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, notify the office at 1- (844)-586-2938 at least 24 hours in advance. Text messaging is not available for requesting cancellation or rescheduling as the company does not utilize text messaging. If necessary, you may send in a request to contact form with necessary information or email staff to notify of the needed change. The staff may then correspond by email for the cancellation or rescheduling. Thanks, Management
