Practice Areas:
What Matters?

1
Confidentiality
A neutral third party will assist with the mediation sessions out of courtroom. Private meetings will be for sensitive communication.
2
Your Voice
The mediator will hold sessions with the parties to allow both parties to have an opportunity to give input into the agreement.
3
Neutrality &Impartiality
Before the mediation process begins, the parties and the Mediator MUST sign an agreement to proceed through the mediation process. If there is no signed agreement, then the mediation is considered invalid. The Mediator will be a neutral party by not favoring one party over the other. The Mediator will not force either party to compromise. The Mediator will be impartial by offering each side a fair chance to have their voice heard.
